MANGO SQUASH


 MANGO SQUASH - RECIPE CARD

 INGREDIENTS

1) Mango juice - 500ml

2) Sugar - 500gm

3) Water - 500ml

4) Lemon juice - 1 table spoon


PROCEDURE 

1) In a vessel, add 500ml mango juice, water and 500gm sugar. Boil it for 10-15 minutes


2) After that add a table spoon of lemon juice.


3) After the mango squash is cool down and store it in refrigerator


4) To drink, add 3 table spoons mango squash in a glass of water
