DHOKLA
2) Add 1/4 tea spoon TURMERIC, 1 tea spoon SUGAR, pinch of HING (ASAFOETIDA), 1/2 tea spoon SALT, 1 table spoon LEMON JUICE and 1 table spoon COOKING OIL
3) Add 1 cup of WATER to make a smooth batter
4) Add pinch of BAKING SODA after making a smooth batter
5) Steam the dhokla batter for 20 minutes. Apply oil over the dhokla vessel before pouring the batter
6) Cut the dhokla and pour TEMPERING
7) Garnish with CORIANDER LEAVES
