MIXED VEGETABLE SOUP - Recipe card or Notes

 



INGREDIENTS

- Carrot - 250gm

- Bottle Gourd - 250gm

- Tomato - 250gm

- Ginger (Grated) - 1 table spoon

- Lemon juice - 1 table spoon


PROCEDURE

1) Put all cut vegetables in cooker, add water and pressure cook for 10-15 minutes.


2) Let it cool. Then Grind and sieve


3) Heat soup, add salt to taste, 1 tea spoon black pepper powder, 1 table spoon lemon juice


4) Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.


5) If needed you can add cooked sweet corn in the soup.
